The training, lasting 10 hours, will be carried out in person at our Campus Terrassa.
5 HOURS A WEEK
It is distributed in 4 theoretical-practical sessions of 2 hours and 30 minutes each, in the afternoons from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Negotiation as a key to success: approach and strategies
You will delve into the approaches, key strategies and different negotiation models to achieve efficiency and positive results. Additionally, you will analyse how negotiation can become a competitive advantage.
Analysis of complex real cases and their success strategies
You will examine negotiation cases in real contexts to identify the strategies applied. Through case studies, students will be able to identify negotiation patterns and techniques that they can apply immediately.
Effective communication: the strategy to build the message
You will learn what effective communication is and the importance it has to guarantee success. It focuses on how to construct and transmit clear and persuasive messages. In addition, techniques will be addressed to improve active listening and facilitate mutual understanding.
